Directions: 

For Outdoor Tanning: Apply your SPF first, then add your accelerator lotion about 20 minutes before going into the sun, reapply every two hours or after swimming or sweating.

For Sunbeds: Smooth on the accelerator within 10 minutes of your session, using circular motions.
